- Depending on the monitor specifications, the color of the product may look different. 
- Silver 925 may be discolored by sunlight, sweat and moisture. 
Always keep them individually in a poly bag. 

- Ring size: From January 2022, it will be produced in KS standard new gauge size. 
Please determine the size based on the circumference of your finger.

- Exchanges and Returns Exchanges due to a simple change of mind are not allowed. 
Return requests must be received within 24 hours if not worn. 
Depending on the product (custom-made, discount product, etc.), 
return is not possible. 
In the case of a simple change of mind, you must request a return 
through the courier company directly after the return request is completed. 

Returns made arbitrarily without a return request will not be accepted. 
Defective products can be exchanged for the same product and must be submitted with a photo within 24 hours. 

- AS For SILVER products of Brillpice, if you apply for AS within 6 months of receipt of purchase, 
we will provide you with AS processing free of charge. 
(This will vary depending on the state of the jewellery.)
